持有符合条件STEM专业学位的F-1学生可申请一次性24个月的完成后OPT延期。要求包括雇主使用E-Verify、有正式培训计划（I-983表）以及每周至少工作20小时。

F-1 students with a degree in an eligible STEM field may apply for a one-time 24-month extension of post-completion OPT. Requirements include an E-Verify employer, a formal training plan (Form I-983), and at least 20 hours of work per week.
